No. We are an independent third-party application support provider. We are not part of NADRA, the Government of Pakistan, any embassy or consulate.
What does the service fee cover?＋
Our fee covers the support agreed for your case, such as explaining the route, organising information and helping prepare the application. Government fees, official priority charges, courier costs or legal services are separate unless expressly stated.
Can you guarantee approval?＋
No. Only the relevant official authority can approve an application. We cannot guarantee an outcome, processing time or delivery date.
Can you help customers anywhere in the UK?＋
Yes. Many enquiries can begin remotely, and our office is in Peterborough. Some official or case-specific steps may require another route or personal attendance.
Which services do you support?＋
Our principal services include NICOP applications, renewals, modifications and reprints; POC; FRC; online Power of Attorney preparation; succession application guidance; and related enquiries.
What if my documents have different spellings or dates?＋
Tell us before submission. Differences may require supporting evidence or a record modification. Do not hide or alter information to make documents appear consistent.
Can I renew a NICOP and change details at the same time?＋
Where printable or family details need changing, modification may be the more appropriate category than a straightforward renewal. The exact route depends on the requested change.
Can you speed up an urgent application?＋
We can help you prepare promptly and explain official processing categories, but only the official authority controls priority processing, checks, printing and delivery.
How should I send identity documents?＋
Use only the secure method agreed with our team. Mask unnecessary details when making an initial enquiry and never post original identity documents without confirming why and where they are required.
